I recently closed a terrific production of SEAGULLMACHINE with The Assembly at La Mama E.T.C. Last year, I played Polonius in a Bonneville Theater production of Hamlet at St. John’s Lutheran Church in the Village. A couple of years ago I was in 3Christs at Judson Church and a sprawling Manna-Hata at the former main post office building, both site-specific productions of Peculiar Works Project. Before that, I went to Istanbul and Bulgaria to perform in Bird Machine, for Concrete Temple Theater. I was in And a Wake-Up by Megan Condit in the NY Fringe Festival, Todd Pate’s Too Far Gone… for The Straddler at Theater Row, and an intimate Three Sisters and an early workshop of seagullmachine at the Underground Zero Festival, both with The Assembly. The Rules of Charity was a wonderful John Belluso play I did with Theater Breaking Through Barriers.
Ages ago in DC, I was a company member at the Round House Theater, co-artistic director of Paradise Island Express, and nominated for a pair of Helen Hayes awards for featured actor.
I’ve recorded many audiobooks, receiving the Alexander Scourby award for narration of fiction. I’m also an avid solver and creator of crossword and other puzzles, and a former Jeopardy! champ.
